More than 50 properties set for auction
More than 50 properties along the Western seaboard are set to go under the hammer in the next O’Donnellan & Joyce ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction which takes place next month.
Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan told Tribune Property there will be a great selection, with more properties expected to be added in the coming days.
“There will be great variety with exceptional value for home owners and investors alike and we have been inundated with enquiries from buyers, both at home and abroad,” said Mr O’Donnellan.
The auction will take place on September 27.
Among the properties going under the hammer are:
