O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers have launched their Spring catalogue, the first in a series of seven nationwide property auctions planned for 2020.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “The catalogue offers an abundance of homes on sale. In addition, we have a number of commercial units, land and apartments on sale with many on offer under €100,000. With the New Year, we are growing our profile nationwide and we look forward to offering a number of east coast properties for sale by auction.”

He said that with over 50 properties in the catalogue, there is value and variety on offer and with a number of homes around the country on sale for less than €100,000, there is something for everyone on sale.

Among the Galway properties going under the hammer are:

4 Cedarwood Close, Highfield Park, Galway. A charming three-bed semi-detached property with traditional glass conservatory, situated in one of the most sought-after addresses in Galway. This residence is ideal for those who long to be within easy reach of the all local amenities and the city centre. The Advised Minimum Value is €265,000.

55 Clareview Park, Ballybane. An attractive three-bed mid-terrace residence located on the east side of Galway in the suburb of Ballybane. The property has been well maintained and offers a bright, welcoming entrance hall and a large living room overlooking the front driveway. The AMV is €150,000.
