More than 20 properties suiting all tastes to go under the hammer at end-of-year sale

More than 20 properties are set to go under the hammer, with guide prices totalling almost €4 million.

O’Donnellan and Joyce – who were recently short listed as one of the top five residential auctioneers in Ireland by the Irish Independent Property Excellence Awards – are bringing an end to the their most successful year in sales in their 33 year history.

The properties will go under the hammer on December 18 – so far this year, the agency has brought more than 300 properties to auction.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “There is an old saying you should always save the good wine until last and that is the case with the final auction of the year, where we are bringing a large variety of properties particularly around the Galway City area.”

Among the properties going under the hammer are:

Doughiska Centre, Galway. An investment opportunity to purchase a commercial development comprising four retail units with two offices overhead. Three of the units are currently rented to long-term tenants producing an annual rental income of approximately €71,000, with potential for further growth.
