MORE PROBLEMS FOR GALWAY CITY OUTER BY PASS

It has now emerged that a further environmental designation has been put on lands that are on the route of the proposed Galway City Outer By-Pass.

The National Parks and Wildlife Service has identified a new Special Area of Conservation in the Menlo area that could affect the building of the controversial By Pass.

This designation came into place recently.
