Miss Galway helps unveil new galwayapp

The reigning Miss Galway Laura Fox took time out from her busy schedule to join forces with the Connacht Tribune this week at the launch of the brand new galwayapp.

Laura, who will compete in the Miss Ireland pageant this Saturday, was delighted to lend her support, with the galwayapp now available for Android and iPhone. 

Galwayapp provides an up-to-date events guide for theatres and festivals that are taking business place in Galway City.

Designed with both the tourist and local in mind, visitors to the site will find the best list of accommodation, shops, events and what to do in Galway City.

The galwayapp also has a voucher deals section and users of the app can redeem voucher deals simply by tapping in to the voucher section and redeeming the offer in store. 

The galwayapp promotes local businesses and local jobs and communicates offers and deals to customers while they are on the move.
