Jobs Minister Richard Bruton says the unique self help attitude of the business community in Galway is vital to the economy’s recovery.

The Minister was speaking at the West of Ireland Networking launch at NUI Galway this afternoon.

WIN is a Galway based support, training and mentoring network for unemployed professionals and entrepreneurs.

Speaking at the launch, Minister Bruton says jobs are at the top of the government’s agenda.

Caroline McDonagh founder of WIN says the organisation now hopes to expand beyond the west.
