MASSIVE HOUSING ESTATE PLANNED FOR KNOCKNACARRA

A massive new housing estate is planned for Knocknacarra.

Declan Gardiner and Joe McGrath have lodged a planning application with the city council to build 383 residential units on the Ballymoneen Road.

The estate will be made up of 150 terraced houses, 96 apartments, 91 duplex units and 46 townhouses.

If it gets the go ahead there will also be a creche, 3 retail units and bar restaurant.
