MANUELA FAMILY TO SUE STATE OVER HER MURDER

The family of murdered swiss teenager Manuela Riedo is to take a case to sue the state claiming a litany of failures in the justice system led to her death.

The Irish Examiner is reporting an advisor to the Manuela Riedo foundation, says the Government should be held legally accountable, as the teenager’s killer, Gerald Barry was out on bail for another offfence when he attacked her.
