MAN TREATED AT UHG AFTER CITY ASSAULT

A man has undergone treatment at UHG after being knocked unconscious during an assault in Eyre Square.

The assault took place in the early hours of Saturday morning across from the taxi rank.(22/10)

He was knocked unconscious and taken to hospital by ambulance.

Gardaí at Millstreet Garda station are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
