MAN HOSPITALISED AFTER INVERIN CRASH

A man in his twenties was taken to hospital after a single vehicle road crash in Inverin overnight [May 5].

The incident occured at Cornaron just before 1am when the car the man was driving left the road and hit a pole.

No other vehicle was involved and the man was taken to University Hospital Galway where he was treated for non serious injuries.
