MAN ARRESTED OVER DISCOVERY OF WOMANS BODY IN INVERIN

A man in his early twenties has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman’s body in Inverin.

He was arrested in the Inverin area in the early hours of this morning and is being detained at Millstreet Garda station in the city under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The body of the young woman, who’s believed to be in her early 20’s, was found outside a house not far from the Poitín Still pub in Inverin in the early hours of this morning after a Gardai received a call at 2am.
