MAN ACCUSED OF MURDERING CLAREGALWAY JOCKEY ‘SHOUTED’ AT FIRE CREWS

The man accused of killing Claregalway jockey Jamie Kyne in a fire allegedly approached his landlord about the noise residents were making and told him "something is going to kick off tonight".
The trial has also heard that the accused, Peter Brown from Brotherton in North Yorkshire "shouted" at fire crews who arrived at the scene.
Landlord Alan Foster became aware of the fatal blaze at his block of flats in Norton, North Yorkshire when he was woken by smoke seeping through his loft from next door in the early hours of September 5th.
18 year old Jamie Kyne from Kiltrogue and 19 year old Jan Wilson from Scotland died in the fire.
37 year old Brown denies two murder charges at Leeds Crown court.
