MAJOR RETAIL CENTRE TO BE BUILT IN CRAUGHWELL

A major retail centre is to be built in Craughwell

Cyril Jennings has been granted permission to build 10 shops, 10 townhouses and 4 apartments in the centre of the village.

The residential element of the development will consist of four 2 bedroom apartments, nine 3 bedroom townhouses and one 2 bedroom townhouse.

County Planners have granted permission for the mixed use development with 21 conditions attached.
