A number of apartments and houses are to be built in Renmore.

Kieran Hurley has been granted planning permission for a 2 and 3 storey mixed residential development on the Dublin road.

Kieran Hurley is set to demolish the existing buildings and build 2 blocks of 4 townhouses and 8 apartments.

Galway city council has granted permission for the Dublin road development with 23 conditions attached.
