MAJOR HOUSING ESTATE PLANNED FOR CITY

There are plans for a major new housing development in the city.

Michael Burke is hoping to build 73 homes at the Ballymoneen Road.

It’ll comprise of a mix of semi-detached houses, a new access road, shared open space and 171 car parking spaces.
