LONDON COMPANY ACQUIRES MAJORITY SHAREHOLDING OF CITY MEDICAL COMPANY

A spokesperson for a city medical firm has said it’s “business as usual” after a London company acquired a majority shareholding recently.

Creganna Medical – which is based in Parkmore West – employs around 1-thousand people worldwide.

The funds will be used to grow Creganna and will have no effect on existing jobs or shareholders, according to the spokesperson.
