LAW SOCIETY FAILS IN BID TO SRIKE OFF GALWAY SOLICITOR

The Irish law society has failed in it’s bid to get a Galway solicitor struck off.

Tuam-native Sean Acton, who practices at Michael McDarby and Company Solicitors in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo, was yesterday found guilty of 8 counts of professional misconduct at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
