Last homes go on sale in Roscam development as builders begin work on next project

Local building firm O’Malley Construction is releasing the final phase of its Cúirt Bhoirne development in Roscam, on the eastern side of the city.

The final phase includes 24 detached and semi-detached A-rated homes of various sizes and layouts, situated on an elevated site commanding views over Galway Bay.

The first phase of this development went on the market last Autumn and was fully sold out within weeks of launching.

A spokesperson for O’Malley Construction said: “All houses come with features that will provide more comfortable and energy efficient homes.

“Externally, houses have been architecturally designed to use a brick front elevation in combination with natural granite window cills and heads. This along with the stone dash to side and rear will ensure very little maintenance and an attractive appearance using natural materials.

“Internally, the layouts are focused on providing bright, usable living spaces with generous storage and comfortable surroundings. Each home comes with a main bathroom and separate en suite off the main bedroom. Modern kitchen designs and other options to personalise the tiling, fitted wardrobes and fire surround are available to each purchaser,” the spokesperson said.
