LACK OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN BALLINASLOE HIGHLIGHTED

One third of the population of Ballinasloe is living in the Creagh area without any recreational facilities, according to a town councillor.

Cllr Carmel Greally added that nearly 400 children attending the national school in Creagh, had only a small area adjacent to the school to use as a playground.
