LABOUR COURT SENDS INVERIN DISPUTE BACK TO LRC

A four week dispute at a Connemara development company has been called off.

The Labour Court has recommended that Meitheal Forbartha na Gaeltachta Teo withdraws redundancy notices served on four members of staff and that normal work resumes from tomorrow.

The Labour Court also said that both staff and management should return to the Labour Relations Commission to find a resolution to the dispute.
