L0UGHREA TOWN CLLR PLANS NEW TOWN PARK

A Loughrea town councillor has submitted plans for a new town park in Loughrea which will include part of the Fairgreen and the old pound.

Cllr Gabriel Burke told the monthly meeting of Loughrea Town Council that the proposed centre would be known as Stoney Brennan Park.

It would be bordered on the south by the courthouse wall.
