The village of Kilconly could be set for major change

Martin Blake has applied for permission to demolish the existing pub and outbuildings at Ballynagittagh and build a mixed development in their place

The plans include a new pub, restaurant, off-licence, two shops, three apartments, 6 townhouses and 9 detached houses
