JURY SENT OUT IN CONNEMARA DANGEROUS DRIVING TRIAL

The jury in the trial of a man charged with dangerous driving causing the death of an Inverin woman over two years ago has begun its deliberations.

Mary Dillane of Cartúr Caol, Inverin died when the car she was driving was struck by a car driven by Ciaran O’Laoi from Baile an tSagairt, Spiddal.

The 22-year-old denies the charge.
