Junior Chamber search on for Galway’s friendliest businesses

Junior Chamber Galway is inviting applications for the third Friendly Business Awards – designed to recognize those that go the “extra mile”.

Entrants will be judged on customer care and friendliness, eco friendliness, shop layout & design, disability access and digital media, reflecting the importance of user-friendliness of social media for customers.

To ensure the professionalism of the selection process, JCI Galway is delighted and very grateful to have support from Galway based company ‘Research It’ who specialise in market research dedicated to helping businesses gain a better insight into their customer’s needs, experiences and expectations.

Entry is free and to nominate a business – someone else’s or your own – simply send an e-mail to fba@jcigalway.org with details of the business and why you think they/you deserve special recognition as the friendliest business in Galway.

All participants will be invited to the awards ceremony on Thursday, August 14, in Lynch’s Castle on Shop Street. The winner will then move forward to compete in the national awards later on in the year.
