JOBS MINISTER HOSTS JOBS ACTION PLAN IN CITY

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, is in Galway today for a series of events including an Action Plan for Jobs Business Forum.

Minister Bruton will host the Action Plan for Jobs Business Forum where he will meet local business people and entrepreneurs.

The purpose of the forum, which will be chaired by Minister Ciaran Cannon is to outline the government’s plan for job-creation and to hear ideas and feedback from entrepreneurs business-people and employers as part of the formulation of Action Plan for Jobs 2014.

This event is the second such event in 2013 and follows on from a series of 9 successful business forum events around the country in 2012.

The Minister’s schedule in Galway will also include a tour of the Ballybane Enterprise Centre, a meeting on the establishment of the Galway Local Enterprise Office (LEO), and the launch of the City of Galway promotional video.
