Caltra is set to benefit from over 493 thousand euro in funding.

The Community Development Association in the East Galway village has been granted the allocation.

It’s to be used for the construction of a Community Centre as a village renewal and development measure.

Galway East Labour TD Colm Keaveney says the total cost of the community centre is 700 thousand euro.
