With the nominations for the National Q Mark Awards being unveiled, Ireland’s best in business will be out in force this September in Dublin’s DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel to battle it out for the much coveted National Q Mark Awards.

Irene Collins, Managing Director of Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA), was on hand to launch this year’s awards.

“The highly coveted Q Mark Award is only granted to companies who are committed to achieving the highest standards of quality and excellence, have developed processes and procedures that are the best in their industry and who have a commitment to continuous improvement,” she said.

“These companies know that their customers want value for money running alongside excellent business practice and superb customer service, why should the consumer expect anything less?” she added.

EIQA has been the Irish National Quality Association since 1969.  They currently audit the standards of thousands of organisations and businesses both in Ireland and Internationally.

EIQA is the ‘Guardian’ of The Q Mark and uses this brand to identify its various certifications – namely the Q Mark for Hygiene & Food Safety; for Quality Management Systems; for Nursing Homes; Leisure Centres; for Accessibility and for Environmental Awareness (The Green Q)

EIQA have a proven track record of auditing standards to the highest standard available in Ireland. They guarantee their customers an independent, professional, and consistent service which in turn guarantees the consumer that companies operating to Q Mark standards, operate at levels that far exceed current legislative requirements.
