INVERIN CRASH VICTIM NAMED LOCALLY

The woman killed following last nights road crash in INVERIN has been named locally as Mary Dillane.

Mrs Dillane was fatally injured in the two car crash which occurred at Minna at around a quarter-to-ten last night.

Mary Dillane who is married with children was living locally and worked as a nurse in Galway city.

A man and woman in the second car were injured and were rushed to University Hospital Galway.

A spokesperson for the HSE has described their conditions as ‘comfortable’
