INTERIM EXAMINER APPOINTED TO BROGAN’S BAKERY GLENAMADDY

An interim examiner has been appointed to Brogan’s bakery in Glenamaddy.

All 55 full time and 27 seasonal and part time jobs at the company are secure and the business will operate as normal during the examinership period.

In the High Court, Justice Kelly appointed Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton as Interim Examiner to Brogan’s Bakery Limited, pending a full hearing of the examinership application on the 14th of November.

The petition to enter examinership was made by Michael Brogan the largest single shareholder in the company.

The court was informed that a potential investor in Brogan’s bakery has already been identified.
