INJUNCTION SOUGHT AGAINST KNOCKNACARRA LANDOWNER

An injunction is being sought against a man in Knocknacarra who’s believed to be developing his land without adequate planning permission.

Cllr Donal Lyons is calling on Galway city council to initiate enforcement proceedings against developer John O’Dolan who he believes is developing his amenity-zoned site at Lough Rusheen outside the remit of planning permission granted.
