IN CONNEMARA, PLANNERS TURN DOWN COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR CASHEL

Plans to demolish a public house in Connemara have been turned down.

Antoinette McCoy was hoping to replace the pub in Cashel with a restaurant, conference rooms and a first floor staff apartment.

However County Planners have refused to grant permission for the development.
