Huge selection of properties along western seaboard up for grabs at bumper auction

More than 50 properties across Galway and the western seaboard are set to under the hammer at a bumper auction next month.

Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers said the Wild Atlantic Way Auction on March 4 will offer exceptional value.

“Properties from Donegal to Kerry and predominantly Galway City will go for sale by auction.

“There is tremendous variety and diversity, all which must be sold, with exceptional value particularly for first-time buyers and investors alike,” said Mr O’Donnellan.

Among the properties going under the hammer are:

25 Dalysfort Road, Salthill. A three-bed mid-terrace residence located on the top of Dalysfort Road with views over Salthill Promenade and Galway Bay. The Advised Minimum Value is €300,000.
