HSE WEST CALLS FOR PORTIUNCULA PROTEST TO BE CALLED OFF

The HSE West is calling on the Irish Nurses Organisation to call off a lunchtime protest outside Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe today.

It claims the Director of the National Hospital’s Office has formally invited the INO to a meeting to discuss a nursing dispute there, and that the industrial action underway should be deferred to allow this meeting take place.
