Househunters continue to purchase homes despite Covid-19 emergency

While viewings may be on hold due to the Covid-19 crisis, this has not stopped potential buyers of new homes, according to local agents O’Donnellan & Joyce.

Manager of the estate agency’s New Homes Department, Niall Browne: “We currently have eight new developments for sale. We have a large database of buyers who are mortgage approved and wanting to purchase a new home.

“Over the past twelve months, we have agreed approximately 120 new home sales and are continuously adding more properties and residential developments to our catalogue, with some of the latest developments in Moycullen and Bearna selling very well.
