House Hotel to re-open before race week
Galway Bay fm newsroom – It’s hoped The House Hotel in the city will re-open in time for the Galway Races.
An interior designer and project manager have been appointed to re-fit the popular party venue at Spanish Parade.
Former managers Quaylane Management Ltd removed all furniture and fittings from the distinctive boutique hotel during the first week of June when the Dublin-based receiver took over.
In a statement to Galway Bay fm news, Crowe Horwath says the re-fit is now underway as they attempt to re-open the hotel at the earliest opportunity.
The receiver says its been liasing with the 50-strong team that had been employed at the popular party venue to get their input in terms of the re-fit.
All former staff members are expected to be re-hired once the hotel re-opens under the management of the receiver.
