HISTORIC SEAPLANE SERVICE TO START BETWEEN GALWAY AND LIMERICK

Galway is to facilitate seaplane flights to and from Limerick and the Aran Islands in a bid that’s expected to boost tourism.

The Harbour Hotel is involved in the venture by allowing passengers to avail of a dedicated check-in desk and toilet facilities at the hotel.

Galway City Council has just granted planning permission for floating pontoons and a access gangway at the Docks.
