HIGH RISK PSYCHIATRIC PATIENT MISSING FROM PSYCHIATRIC UNIT

A high risk psychiatric patient has gone missing from the psychiatric unit at University Hospital Galway.

29 year old Richard Donnelly went missing from the unit at around 11 o clock this morning.
