Former Craughwell developer Kevin McGeever has been served a High Court demand for 852 thousand euro.

Kildare businessman Kevin Cooke claims he had invested the money as part of a major property deal in Dubai, which never materialised.

According to the Irish Independent, Kevin McGeever had been pursued for the money since his disappearance last May and had the High Court summons served on him in Dublin yesterday.

The paper reports that this is the fourth High Court demand to be served on Mr. McGeever since his property empire collapsed.
