HARD HITTING ROAD SAFETY CAMPAIGN FOR GALWAY TEENAGERS

A hard hitting road safety message aimed at Galway teenagers will be delivered by local Gardaí and emergency services this week.

The ‘Think Twice’ Road Safety Awareness Show will show students in graphic detail how a night out can end in tragedy.

Over 900 students will be told the story of a fatal road crash through the eyes of emergency services personnel and a road crash victim.

The show is being hosted by Galway City and County Councils in conjunction with Galway Bay FM and will take place this Wednesday at 11.30am in Leisureland, Salthill.
