Hairdressers make the cut

Yourells Hair Salon on Eyre Street and in Moycullen have been shortlisted as finalists in the Image Business of Beauty Awards 2016.

The only salon in the west of Ireland to be shortlisted, Yourells are pleading with members of the public to get behind them and cast a vote – the only way to come out winners.

The salon – run by Headford native Anna Hosty and Carol Joyce from Rahoon – has also made the cut in the Best Young Talent in Hair Category with stylist Ciara Brady making the top six.

“We are so delighted to be up for two awards in this year’s Image magazine Business of Beauty Awards. But as it is by public vote, we need everyone to get behind us. It would be great for a salon in the west to bring home gold,” said Anna.

“The voting process is so simple and it takes less than 30 seconds. We really appreciate everyone that votes for us.”
