GSPCA SUGGESTS SOLUTION TO STRAY HORSES IN CITY

The GSPCA has come up with a novel idea to help solve the problem of stray horses in city housing estates.

It follows the seizure of nine horses across the city yesterday morning.

Up to 60-thousand-euro has already been spent seizing, impounding and destroying stray horses this year

Margaret O’Sullivan of the GSPCA is suggesting the city council provide stables which the horse owners can rent.
