GREENSTAR SAYS NO ADDITIONAL WASTE PLANNED FOR KILCONNELL

Greenstar is welcoming the decision by An Bord Pleanála to allow it accept waste to its landfill in Kilconnell from outside Connaught.

The company had applied to the appeals board to lift a regional restriction imposed during the planning process at Galway County Council.

Greenstar says the lifting of the restriction won’t result in additional waste at the Kilconnell landfill.
