GOVERNMENT TO DISSOLVE NUI AT GALWAY

The Minister for Education, Batt O’Keeffe has announced he’s dissolving the National University of Ireland – which includes NUI Galway.

The controversial move was one of the recommendations contained in the Bord Snip report last year.
