GORT AND LOUGHREA TO BE CONNECTED TO GAS NETWORK

The towns of Loughrea and Gort have been approved for a connection to the Bord Gais natural gas Network.

Bord Gais representatives will meet with local businesses in the coming weeks to finalise expansion plans.

Deputy Noel Tracey has welcomed the development and says it has the potential to reduce energy costs and attract new industry to the area.
