GoBus.ie is Intercity Coach Operator of the Year 2016

The awards are held biennially in association with JF Dunne Insurances, to recognise and honour operators working within the Irish passenger transport industry.
Established in 2009 by local man Jim Burke, GoBus.ie was the first coach operator to offer a non-stop motorway service between Galway and Dublin City/Dublin Airport, with up to 19 daily return services.
Since their inception, the company has focused on offering passengers an exceptional service at remarkably affordable prices.

This year alone the company took delivery of twelve new Volvo Euro 6 coaches, the greenest and safest coach on the roads in terms of vehicle emissions.
This extensive investment ensures the coaches that GoBus passengers travel on are equipped with the latest technology, in addition to all the creature comforts passengers have come to expect including free WiFi, on-board charging facilities for phones, toilets, reclining seating and air conditioning.
“We at GoBus are thrilled to win this award” says Managing Director, Jim Burke. “The award is in recognition for the overall dedication of all our staff to provide our customers with the very best service.
