GO AHEAD SOUGHT FOR PHASE TWO OF KNOCKNACARRA SHOPPING CENTRE

Plans have been drawn up to develop Phase Two of the Galway West District Centre in the Knocknacarra

Moritz Group Ltd is now looking for the green light to proceed with it’s construction.

Galway West District Centre in Knocknacarra already has anchor tenant Dunnes Stores, B&Q and Next as well as surface and underground car parks.

Moritz Group Ltd is now looking for the go-ahead to build Phase Two of the Centre.

The Group is proposing to build a standalone 3-4 Storey block for a creche, management office, 7 shops, primary health care centre, and 3 restaurant/cafes.
