Glenamaddy brothers purchase Eyre Square site
A consortium headed up by two Glenamaddy brothers has bought a substantial fronting on to Eyre Square for over 13 million euro.
Luke and Brian Comer were involved in the purchase of almost two acres known as the Odeon site.
The Irish Times reports the properties sold include Odean house, a range of buildings on Foster street, as well as residential buildings on St. Patrick’s avenue and Prospect hill.
