Get Out of Control with Keith Barry

Magician and hypnotist Keith Barry brings his new show Out of Control to the city’s Black Box Theatre this Friday and Saturday, November 6 and 7.

Combining brand new tricks and his hilarious hypnotism, it comes to Galway as part of an Irish tour following a successful run in the UK.

Keith has already enjoyed TV success in the UK this year with the ITV show “You’re Back In The Room, which he presented with Phillip Schofield.

You’re Back in The Room was a huge ratings success, pulling in 1.2m more viewers than any other show in the slot over last five years. ITV has just recommissioned it for a second season. Keith has since recorded the show on Channel Nine in Australia this July.

For the last year he has also been working on the new movie “Now You See Me –The Second Act. Working with Woody Harrelson, Jessie Eisenberg, Dave Franco, Morgan Freeman, Mark Ruffalo and Lizzie Caplan, Keith created all of the magic, mentalism and hypnotism for this movie.  It’s due for release in June 2016.

Out of Control is Keith’s 11th original stage show since 2004 when he started with Brainwashed. Tickets for his Black Box show cost €30 from the Town Hall Theatre and Ticketmaster.ie.
