GARDAI TREATING CITY BODY FIND AS SUSPICIOUS

Galway gardai are investigating the discovery of a man’s body in a premises on St Johns Avenue near Henry St in the city this afternoon.

The body was found at half 2 this afternoon in a fridge in a shed behind the two premises the Mermaid Fishmongers and the Gourmet Tart company

Gardai say they haven’t yet identified the body and haven’t released the man’s age but have confirmed they are treating the death as suspicious.
