GARDAÍ RENEW APPEAL FOR INFORMATION ON MISSING CITY RESIDENT
Galway Bay fm newsroom – Gardaí in Galway have renewed their appeal for information on the whereabouts of James Ryan who has been missing since last Tuesday.
He was last seen in Claregalway, driving a gold coloured Nissan Almera hatchback, registration number 04-W-382.
Gardaí are following up a credible reported sighting of Mr. Ryan in Roscommon on Friday.
False sightings in Kilkenny and Carlow have led to searches in those areas over the past few days.
James Ryan is described as being 5 foot 10 inches tall, around 12 stone of medium build, with short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured jacket, a light coloured shirt, blue jeans and dark brown shoes.
Speaking to Galway Bay fm news, his sister Jane Ryan urged farmers and landowners in the West to check their land as part of the search.
